Keith Weingart Obituary

Keith R. Weingart 71, of (Green Twp.) Salem, died at 2:54 PM Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in the emergency room of Trumbull Regional Medical Center, Warren, Ohio.

He was born on June 24, 1952, in Salem, the son of the late Eldon and Margie (Shears) Weingart.

He was a career truck driver working for several companies. He last worked for TFI out of Salem. He did surpass the million miles of driving and some of those miles were teamed up with his son. Keith was simple, easy going, easy to please, patriotic red-blooded American. He may not have been very tech minded, but loved to tinker on things, wood working projects, and a master welder. He learned how to do things years ago, why change to newer methods. He loved his family and his vast circle of friends. Keith liked to make others happy, be the life of the party, sing songs, and play his superb choice of music.

He is survived by his son Jesse R. (Heather) Weingart, step-children, Angela S. Carlisle, Thomas C. and James C. May, numerous step-grandchildren, siblings; Vanessa (Edward) Heck, Carolyn Himes, Judy (James) Anderson, and his faithful sidekick Buddy.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death on December 10, 2021, by his wife, Linda Sue (Keihl) Weingart whom he married on June 13, 1979, siblings; Tammy and Gary Weingart.
