Alvin Stanley Cake 97, of Green Twp, Salem died at 5:56 PM Monday, March 4 at his home.

He was born on September 21, 1929 in Camden, NJ., the son of the late George B. and Ella May (Orens) Cake.

He was a Sgt. in the US Army during WW2. He was retired from Hill Refrigeration in Trenton, NJ. He moved to this area about 4 years ago. He was a member of the Jacob's Church in Hesston, Pa.

He is survived by his children, Susan Diane (Robert) Gill and Sandra Darlene Baker, four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

Services and burial were held in Huntington, PA.
