Amy Marie (Whisonant) Bartholomew 50, of Newton Falls, passed away at 1:09 PM Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at her home.

She was born on January 8, 1975 in Warren, Ohio, the daughter of John Whisonant and Susan (Lewis) Whisonant.

Amy was a homemaker, she enjoyed bingo, crafts, and collecting things.

She is survived by her parents, John Whisonant of Marion, and Susan Whisonant of Newton Falls, and her children; Kayla Whisonant, Sara Whisonant, Brandon (Elysa) Whisonant of Warren, Tiffany Bartholomew of Muskegon, Michigan, Matthew Cottrill, Adam Palmer, Madison Whisonant of Warren, and Jason Hughes, of Newton Falls, 14 grandchildren, and her siblings; Leonard (Melissa) Whisonant of Newton Falls, Betheny (John) Ellis of Middlefield, Millicent (Glenn) Steffey of Lordstown, Amanda (David) Schmucker of Warren, and Deborah Cain of Newton Falls.

She was preceded in death by her sister Audrey Whisonant.

Services will be held on Monday, June 2, 2025 at 1:00 PM, at the Lake Milton Baptist Temple, 415 South Pricetown Road, Diamond, Ohio 44412. Reverend Joseph Griffis will be officiating. A time of visitation will be from 11 AM – 1 PM Monday at the church. The burial will be in Newton Township Cemetery, Ridge Road, Newton Falls, Ohio.
