Bonnie Kay (Whaley) Blythe 74, of Salem, died at 7:05 PM on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at Mercy Health - St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital.

She was born September 27, 1950, in Salem, Ohio, the daughter of the late Clinton and Evelyn (Morrison) Whaley.

She is survived by her children; Sean (Gina) Blythe of Florida and Kimberly (David) Tucker of Columbus, siblings; David (Carol) Whaley of Salem and Opal Boals of Beloit, and 2 grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers; Clinton JR and Donald Whaley.

There are no services planned at this time.
