A memorial service will be held on May 7, 2016, at 12:30pm at Believers Christian Fellowship; 608 E. 2nd Street, Salem , for Brian Keith Hoover, 46, who died on April 23, 2016 at Andover Village Skilled Care Center. Mr. Hoover was born May 16, 1969, in Youngstown, the son of George F. Hoover Jr. and Judith Smith Hoover. He was raised in Hubbard, and moved to Salem in 2007. Mr. Hoover was a graduate of Hubbard High School class of 1988. He loved sports and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He was a local championship bowler, scoring a 300 game. He enjoyed cooking and playing basketball. He loved his family and His Savior, Jesus Christ. Mr. Hoover leaves behind his parents, George F. and Judith Hoover of Salem; his sister Erika (James) Wittenauer of Salem, his sister Tamara (Rex) Ramsey of Youngstown, as well as nephews, neices, great-neices, and a great-nephew. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Andover Village Skilled Care Center, 486 S. Main Street, Andover, OH 44003; or All Caring Hospice, 6715 Tippecanoe Rd, Canfield, OH 44406. Calling hours will be held from 11:00am to 12:00pm May 7 at the church, with service starting at 12:30 PM.
