Obituary
Carol A. (Kollat) Hofmann 78, of Berlin Center, died at 7:40 PM, Friday, February 21, 2025, at Blossom Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Salem.
She was born February 2, 1947, in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of the late Frank and Louise (Bodnar) Kollat.
She is survived by her children; Jacob Hofmann of Durham, North Carolina, Steve (Raylene) Hofmann of Chandler, Arizona, and Julie Hofmann of Tempe, Arizona, and her siblings; Betty Oleson of Youngstown, Ohio, Paul (Carol) Kollat of Glendale, Arizona, and Pam Kollat of Youngstown, Ohio.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death, on February 2, 2025, by her husband David Lawrence Hofmann, whom she married October 7, 1967, siblings Frank Kollat and Elanor Phillips.
Arrangements were entrusted to the care of the Greenisen family at the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services of Salem.
