Catherine Ann (Vincovich) Bechtel 94, of East Palestine, passed away Friday, September 11, 2026.

She was born in Warren, Ohio on December 16, 1931, the daughter of the late John and Mary Vincovich.

She was a 1950 graduate of Harding High School and attended Cleveland Institute of Music and Dana School of Music, Youngstown. She was a Cellist and played in the Youngstown Symphony and Warren Chamber Orchestra and taught music. She enjoyed gardening, watercolor painting and classic music.

Catherine is survived by her children; Amos (Miriam) Bechtel III, Jill (Wayne) Eisenberg and Anita "Joy" (William) Kellner and her seven grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Amos Bechtel Jr.., whom she married October 22, 1955, a son Timothy Bechtel and her sister Patricia Corbin.
