Charles Barnard, 79 of Lisbon, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2026.

He was born March 2, 1947 in Lisbon, Ohio, the son of the late Cecil and Anna Belle (Dotson) Barnard.

He is survived by his daughter Melissa Sue Rockwell of East Liverpool, Ohio.

There are no services planned per Charles's wishes.

Arrangements were made by the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services of Salem.
