Colleen Elizabeth (Cowan) Price-Grasley 74, of Salem, passed away at 3:20 AM Monday, June 23, 2025, at Salem Regional Medical Center in Salem, Ohio.

She was born August 29, 1950, in Salem, Ohio, the daughter of the late Chalmers and Merriam (Kerr) Cowan.

Colleen dedicated 40 years of her life as a law enforcement officer throughout the state of Florida.

She is survived by her sons Matthew Price of Palm Bay, Florida and Scott Hall of Lisbon, Ohio, her brothers; Bradley, Gregory, and Jeffery Cowan, as well as 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Per Colleen's wishes there are no services planned.

Arrangements were entrusted to the care of the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services of Salem.
