David Mark Palmi, 60, of Youngstown, passed away Wednesday night, October 13, 2016 at Essex of Salem I. David was born on December 29, 1955 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, the son of the late Melvin O Palmi and Jeanette F (Duval) Palmi. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Kenneth and Roland Palmi. He is survived by his mother, his siblings Richard (Cynthia) Palmi and Kim (Darrin) Boisvert, both of Fitchburg, MA and his son Noel Hall of Youngstown, OH. There will be no service held. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, in Fitchburg, MA. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services in Salem.
