Donald W. Woodburn 75, of Salem, died upon arrival in the Emergency Room of Salem Regional Medical Center at 2:44 AM Tuesday. He was born on January 13, 1939 in Moundsville, W.Va, the son of the late Clee and Ruth (Meek) Woodburn. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Woodburn, brothers James and Howard Woodburn of Alliance and a sister Betty Wilson of Sebring. Services will be on Saturday, 4 Pm at the Southeast Friends Church, the Pastor Craig Henry of the church will officiate. A time of Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the church.
