Doris E. Williams, 98, of Salem, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Salem North.

She was born on December 8, 1927, in Salem, the daughter of the late David and Elizabeth (Secrest) Sisco.

She formerly operated Dats Shoe Store and then was employed by Dollar General Store. She enjoyed doing word searches, reading, gardening, and most of all spending time with family.

She is survived by her children; Jackie (Jim) Sanor of Salem, Cecilia “Ann” Wilson of Sugercreek, Randy (Mariann) Snyder of North Carolina, and David (Lisa) Williams of Tennessee. 7 grandchildren, 3 grandson-in-laws, 18 great-grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter-in-law, 2 great-grandsons-in-law, 13 great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands; Kenneth Snyder, Robert Williams and Farlyn Williams, a grandson Joseph Snyder, a great-granddaughter Brittany Haynes, a son-in-law Hardy Wilson and a brother David Sisco.

Services will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 10 AM, Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, Salem, with Reverend Kari Lankford officiating. Time of Visitation will be from 9am – 10am on Saturday at the funeral home. The burial will be in Ellsworth Cemetery following the services.
