Douglas Ray Crooks, 54, of Warren, died Thursday, October 26, 2023, at the Hospice of the Valley - Hospice House of Youngstown.
He was born April 7, 1969, in Warren, son of the late Alfred Joseph and Margaret May (Schaffer) Crooks.
There are no services planned.
Arrangements were entrusted to the care of the Greenisen family at the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services of Salem.
