Edward J. Greeneisen, 89,of Beloit died at 12 noon on Monday at Pleasant View North in Damascus. He was born September 20, 1922 in Smith Township, a son of Walter and Eva E. (Nelson) Greeneisen. He lived in the area all of his life. He was self employed as a farmer until he retired in about the mid 1990s. He was preceded in death by his wife the former Anise Feicht whom he married August 7, 1970. He was a 50 year member of the Farm Bureau. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by three brothers; Albert Greeneisen, Russell Greeneisen, and John Greeneisen; and a sister Berdina Greeneisen. There will be no services or calling hours.
