Forrest Rodney Bentz (68) passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 12:16 pm at Salem Regional Medical Center. He was born on September 18, 1948 in East Liverpool, OH to the late Forrest and Violet Bentz. Forrest joined to the Army in 1968, and served over seas in Vietnam. For the last few years of his life he worked as security in the nuclear power station in Beaver Valley, PA. He is survived by his cousin, Kenneth Jackson of East Liverpool.OH. Services will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 11:30 AM, at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Seville, OH.
