Francine Marie Papp 70, of Youngstown, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Shepard of the Valley in Boardman.
She was born July 23, 1952, in Youngstown, the daughter of the late William Louis and Helen Marie (Volar) Papp.
Francine graduated from Harvard in 1987 with a Bachelors degree in fashion design.
There are no services.
Arrangements were entrusted to the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services of Salem.
