Franklin Sherman Stoffer 85, of Lisbon, died at 3:55 PM on Sunday, November 24, 2024 at Blossom Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Salem.
He was born February 6, 1939, in Hanoverton, Ohio, the son of the late Edward W. and Lena (Woefley) Stoffer.
Franklin served in the United States Air Force from 1958-1962.
Arrangements were entrusted to the care of the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services of Salem.
