Helen L. Bowman, 87, of Salem, died at 11:10 PM Friday at Salem Regional Medical Center. She was born June 14, 1927 in Salem, a daughter of the late Omar A. and Esther A. (Ealy) Rinehart. Helen was married to Arden D. Bowman January 18, 1946, and he preceded her in death February 27, 1976. Helen retired from the White House Fruit Farm in 1997 after 20 years of service helping people in the "pick-your-own" fields. Survivors include a daughter Cindy (Mike) Neiser of Salem and a son Larry A. (Susan) Bowman of Canfield, eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Helen was preceded in death by a sister Pat Ulrich and a brother Bobby Rinehart. Services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday at Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen and Sons Funeral and Cremation Services with Pastor Sean Kelly officiating, Calling hours will be at 10 AM prior to the service. Burial to be in Grandview Cemetery.
