She was born on December 25, 1931 in Chelyan, WV, the daughter of the late Ovil and Virginia (Hall) White.

She graduated from Chelyan,WV high school and attended Salem 1st Christian Church.

She enjoyed shopping, cleaning, traveling and dressing ducks. She also enjoyed painting her nails, doing her makeup and fixing her hair. She was a UFO fan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John "Jack" Fay Sr, whom she married on May 25, 1984 and who died on February 23, 2011, and her son Paul Keglor.

She is survived by her children; Jeanne (Pam Dotson) Kennedy of Salem, Shawnie (Paul) Corey of Canonsburg, PA, James (Kelly) Kennedy of Raleigh, NC, David Keglor of Lisbon, her step-children, Darlene (Gabriel) Matthews, Debbie (Alan) Michael, John (Debbie) Fay Jr, six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, four step-great-grandchildren and her brother, Frederick Thomas "Tom" (Nancy) White of Scott Depot, WV.

There will be no services or calling hours held. There will be a private family burial in Grandview Cemetery.
