Holly Fegert 61, of Struthers, passed away at 10:16 PM on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at Mercy Health - St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.

She was born December 29, 1963, in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of Bonita (Williamson) Dunlap and the late William Dunlap.

Holly was a graduate of Springfield Local High School. She found great joy in being a caregiver and helping adults and children with disabilities. Holly loved reading, butterflies, animals, watching scary movies, and 90's country music. She was a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Holly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren as much as possible.

In addition to her mother of North Lima, Holly is survived by her children; Nicole (Adam Schmidt) Bash of Petersburg, Randall Fegert and Conner Fegert both of Salem, Lauren Fegert of East Palestine, and Chelsea (Valerie) D-La Cruz of Salem, her brother William Dunlap of New Springfield and sister Joy (Rick Bowyer) Dunlap of East Palestine, her grandchildren; Azalea and Peyton Chamberlain, Anabella Bash, Hayden Schmidt, and Malcolm Fegert, as well as her nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, Holly was preceded in death on February 21, 2025, by her husband Randall Jay Fegert and her grandparents Lily and Beryl Williamson.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be on Sunday, September 14, 2025, 2-4 PM at the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, Salem.
