Jacqueline Kay (McNicol) Carlisle 56, of Salem, died at 9:40 pm Thursday, May 24 at Salem Regional Medical Center.

She was born on January 28, 1962 in East Liverpool, OH, the daughter of John Henry McNicol and the late Sandra Fay ( Neville) McNicol.

In addition to her father and step -mother Lydia Ann (Papach) McNicol of Lisbon, she is survived by her husband Billy Wayne Carlisle of Salem, children, Joseph Michael Wells ( Morgan Thomas Voke) Voke of FL and Jessica Ann Corfee of Columbus, three grandchildren, siblings, Pamela Eileen (Carl) Bruehler of GA, Jeffrey Michael McNicol of Salem, Helen Ann (Duane) Irving of Youngstown, Robert John McNicol of Salem and John Henry (Wendy) McNicol Jr. of WV.

There will be no services held.
