James Edward (Eddie) (Cricket) Belt 33, of East Palestine, passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2016 early in the morning. He was born on May 16, 1983, in East Liverpool OH, the son of Dianna Hampson. James last worked at Trumbell Metals in Niles, OH. He enjoyed playing his guitar. James was preceded in death in 2008 by his maternal grandmother Glenna Hampson, and in 2009 by his step-father Lewis White. He is survived by his mother Dianna Hampson of Wellsville, his children, Macy Belt (4) of WA, Kaiden Belt (3 months) of East Palestine, OH, step-children Haley and Isaiah Duncan of East Palestine, girl-friend Nicole Duncan of East Palestine, siblings Shawntai (Mark) Daniels of SC, Kandi Belt of SC, David Belt of FL, Andrew (Crystal) White of PA. Services will be held on Monday, October 3, 10:30 PM at the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services with Pastor Kari Lankford officiating. A time of visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 am on Monday at the funeral home.
