James Christian Young 47, of Columbiana, passed away at 3:39 AM on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Hospice of the Valley Hospice House in Poland, Ohio.

He was born August 27, 1977, in Sierra Vista, Arizona, the son of James Hamilton Young of Oberlin, Ohio and the late Dina Lou (Albee) Young.

He was a New Castle School of Trades graduate and worked as an auto tech at the Columbiana Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Columbiana, Ohio. James was also a member of the American Legion Post 290 in Columbiana.

He is survived by his daughter Clohe Renee Young and longtime companion Clarissa Goehring both of Columbiana.
