Jason Eric Roberts, 53, of Salem, passed away peacefully at his home on September 12, 2025.

Born on November 9, 1971, Jason was the son of Earl James Roberts and Norma Jean Harmon Roberts. He grew up in a big family with his surviving brothers, Mark and Larry Roberts, and was preceded in death by his siblings Ricky, Matthew, and Earl Roberts.

Jason was a proud father of five children: Erica Roberts Villers, Reece Gholston Roberts, Eric Roberts, Ricky Roberts, and Roger Leipply Roberts. He was also blessed with a granddaughter, Leyton Reign Villers, who held a very special place in his heart.

Jason always loved living in the fast lane. He worked as a professional driver for Allison Brothers and Waste Tech, where he was known as a dedicated and hardworking man. Outside of work, he enjoyed nothing more than spending time under the hood, working on cars and perfecting his craft. His lifelong passion for cars was matched only by the love he had for his family.

He will be remembered for his smart comments, his quick wit, and the way he could make you laugh and smile. Jason was the kind of man who would help any stranger in need and wouldn't hesitate to give you the shirt off his back.

He was a good man, a loving father and grandfather, and a true friend. Jason will be deeply missed by his family and friends, and his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, 4 PM at Potters Camp New Waterford Ohio, Peace Valley Rd. Rogers, Ohio 44455.
