Jean Marie (Bockmiller) Price, 89, of Salem, passed away on March 30, 2024 at 12:30 pm at Auburn Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born April 3, 1934 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of the late Michael and Katherine (Lohrer) Bockmiller.

Jean was a 1952 graduate of Fairview High School in Cleveland, Ohio. She worked as a secretary for Cleveland Welding. She last attended St. Mary's Catholic Church, Avon, Ohio. She enjoyed writing letters, making scrapbooks, taking pictures, crossword puzzles, and working outside, in her younger years she enjoyed going camping. Jean loved animals and birds of all kinds.

She is survived by her daughter Amy Watkins of Salem, her sister Katherine (Edward) Stibley of Grafton, and twin grandchildren Zacary and Jaclyn Watkins of Salem, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband John Price, her brothers Michael Bockmiller Jr. and John "Jack" Bockmiller, and a sister Margaret "Margie" Madigan.

Burial will be at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Avon, Ohio.

Arrangements were entrusted to the care of the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services of Salem.
