Jerome Tolliver, 59 died on January 13 following a sudden heart attack. He was currently living in Columbus, Ohio. He has lived various places in Ohio. A US Army Veteran, and was a hard worker. He was born in Baltmore, Md, the son of the late Ruth L (Young) and Charles T. Tolliver. He will be buried in the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery on January 31 at 11:15 AM, in Rittman, Ohio.
