Jerry Wayne Copley 68 of Salem, passed away at 5:17 pm on Monday, April 30 at the Salem Regional Medical Center. He was born on February 24, 1950, the son of the late William Osborne and Rose (May) Copley. He attended Greenford Christian Church. Jerry always liked to going places, spending time outside, especially fishing. He liked playing cards, doing crossword puzzles and watching old westerns on TV. Jerry was an avid sports fan and enjoyed attending the games that different family member participated in. He is survived by his sister, Terri L Helman of Lisbon, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his step-mother, the former Ann Benning, and his siblings, Eva Delmont, Randy Copley, Mary Halley, and Jim Crazy for Caring Copley.
