John Langas Jr., 84 of Salem, died at 6:02 AM Monday, July 15, in the Emergency Room of the Salem Community Hospital. He was born on January 21, 1929 in Aliquippa, Pa., the son of the late John and Bertha (Simezican) Langus Sr. He was a US Marine Corp. Veteran. Local survivors include his daughter, Kathy Langus of Salem. A Mass was held on Saturday, July 20 with the burial in the Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Aliquippa, Pa.
