Joyce Ann (Smith) Silvers (fka Briggs, Hindman) 86, of Salem, died at 8 PM at the Courtyard on Lexington Avenue. She was born on November 23, 1927 in East Liverpool, Ohio, the daughter of the late Clyde and Leona (Keenan) Smith. She retired from Warren Molden Plastics, but also worked at Timberlanes Restaurant and Shearers Laundry. She is survived by her children, Robert Briggs of Texas, Dennis Briggs, Ronnelle Daley and Donald Hindman all of Salem, Three step children, three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands, Harold Briggs and Paul Silvers. Services will be held on Thursday, 11 AM at the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, Salem. The Rev. Doug DeMar of the Salem Bible Church will officiate the services. A time of visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. The Burial will take place following the services at Highland Memorial Park in Beloit, Ohio.
