Judith Ann (Taggart) McCarty 73, East Palestine, Ohio, died at 5:10 PM Friday at the Cleveland Clinic following a short illness. She was born on December 7, 1941 in Toronto, Ohio, the daughter of the late John and Jean (Nixon) Taggart. She was a home maker but did attend Wellsville High School when she was younger. She has lived in Southern California for the past 45 years and returned in 2003. She is survived by her siblings, her twin John Taggart of Calif., Shelby (Don) Smith of Toronto and Joyce Berdine of Pleasant Hts., East Liverpool. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Darlene Hiltbrand.
