Julie A. (Dahms) Baxley 61, of Austintown, passed away at 4:56 PM on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Mercy Health – St. Joseph Warren Hospital.

She was born on December 27, 1963, in Salem, the daughter of Mary (Whitehill) Pumphrey and the late Charles Dahms.

She was a graduate of South Range High School in 1982, and was a graduate of LPN school in Maryland. Julie was on the volunteer fire department when she lived in Maryland. Locally she worked in nursing homes and was in several knitting groups.

She is survived by her mother Mary (Neil) Pumphrey of Salem and her sister Susan (John) Dickson of Canfield, four step-sisters, and her beloved dog Princess.

There are no services planned at this time.
