Karen Louise (Criss) Sheen 66, of Beloit, died at 4:11 PM Sunday at University Hospital, Cleveland. She was born on December 20, 1951 in Salem, the daughter of the late Charles and Dorothy (Harris) Criss. She had been a cook at Damascus Health Care Center, Hunt Club, Quinns Restaurant and Timberlanes. Karen attended the Damascus Friends Church. She was a 1970 graduate of West Branch High School. Karen was a very giving person and loved to give parties at the nursing home. She was a member of the Red Hat Society at the nursing home. She dearly loved her family and grandchildren. Karen had many favorite past times, such as shopping, cooking, walking, watching the birds, and crafting with her sisters. She is survived by her husband, Gary Lee Sheen Sr., children, Heather May (Ralph) Stewart of Alliance and Gary Lee (Barb) Sheen Jr. of Beloit, siblings, Charles "Bud" (Mary) Criss in CA, Ida Ward of Sebring, June Ludt of Salem, Margaret (Harold) Lane of Salem, Joann (Mike) Doak of Sebring, David Criss of Salem, and Rick "Harley" (Cindy) Criss of Sebring, her grandchildren, Brent (Lisa) Loy, Marina Loy, Arin Sheen, Haylea Sheen, Morgan Sheen, Dylan Mills, Kristen Mills and Jacob Mills, great grandchildren, Oliver Loy, Penelope Loy, Damien Ayers, Parker Keller, Kinslee Sheen and Paityn Mills. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four of her siblings, Mary, Francis and Matt Criss and Emma Huff.
