Kay Alice (Powers) Tronzo 66, of East Palestine, died at midnight on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at Salem North Healthcare.

She was born on August 13, 1957, in Kansas, the daughter of the late George W. and Maria "Ria" (Rienhardt) Powers.

When Kay was young, she and the family moved around as their father was serving in the military. When she was older, she was employed at a reality company in North Carolina. She later on moved to the Lisbon and then to East Palestine. Kay was a very caring person with a strong will. She cared for her aging mother and most recently her sister Elfie at their home.

A die hard Pittsburgh Steeler fan and loved listening to Led Zeppelin music. Kay was one who listened to the news at times, then shared her thoughts with others.

She is survived by her brother Robert (Diane) Powers of Beaver, (Brighton Twp.) Pa., and her sister Elfreda "Elfie" Powers of Lisbon, Sister-in-law Cindy, numerous nieces and nephews, and her close friends. Their fond memories will be cherished for many years. Kay will never be forgotten by all those who loved her dearly.

There will be no services held.
