Larry Gene Evans 42, of Madison Township, Lisbon died at his home Thursday evening. He was born on November 29, 1970 in Salem, the son of Brenda Sue (Milhoan) and Thomas J. Phillips. He was a tube cutter at Tube Cut in Salem, and loved to be out doors hunting and fishing. He was one how liked to work and has been very busy at the house working and improving it. He was also in construction work in North and South Carolina. He was also being a care giver to Nancy and April House in Lisbon. In addition to his parents of Salem, he is survived by two daughters, Casey Evans of Cleveland and Lindsay Evans of Lake Panasoffkee, Fla., a grandson, Jasiah, siblings, Thomas Jones Phillips, Patrick Howard (Angie) Phillips and Karen Sue Phillips all of Salem and Paul Jones Phillips of Leetonia. A time of visitation will be held on Monday from 6 to 8 PM at the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, Salem. The Evans family would like flowers, but please come and spend time with them during this very tuff time.
