Leslie Lynn Grant 72, of Salem, died at 12:50 PM Friday, January 26, 2018 at his home.

He was born on December 14, 1945 in Alliance, Ohio, the son of the late Leonard Leslie and Grace Viola (Ritchie) Grant.

He retired in 1997 from GM Lordstown where he was an assembler for 28.3 years. Leslie had attended the Abundant Life Fellowship in New Waterford. He was a veteran of the US Marine Corp.

Leslie is survived by his wife, the former Cathie Jane Maylone whom he married on June 12, 1967, his children; Sherri Lynn (Steve) Rothwell, Holly Kaye (Matt) Erskine, Heather Jane (Michael) Yannucci, Amber Dawn (Shane) Kemble all of Salem and Stephen Matthew (Stefanie) Grant of Columbiana, a sister Donna Scott of Alliance, eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a half brother Roger Ritchie.
