Leticia Borja-Carlos Kelley 87, of Salem, passed away at 2:50 AM on Friday, November 15, 2024, at Mercy Health - St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.

She was born November 8, 1937, in the Philippines, the daughter of the late Joaquin and Angelita (Borja) Carlos.

She is survived by her husband Norman Bert Kelley SR, whom she married December 26, 1960, her son Norman (Deborah) Kelley JR and sibling Ludy.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter Joann Sue Kelley.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Greenisen family of the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services of Salem.
