Obituary

Lillian Kay (Benner) Wilson 64, of Salem, died at 10:25 PM Friday at University Hospital, Cleveland. She was born on July 7, 1950 in Alliance, Ohio, the daughter of Freda (Teeters) Benner and the late John O. Benner. She was a 1968 graduate of West Branch High School and attended the Faith Chapel in Salem. Lillian enjoyed talking and spending time with family. In her spare time she would baby sit her nieces, care for her "grand dogs", cooking, baking cakes and pies, reading and being a second "Mom" to others. In addition to her mother of Alliance, she is survived by her husband, Harold Carl Wilson whom she married on February 3, 1970, her children, Rebecca (Greg) Hudson of Columbus, Adam (Susan) Wilson of Youngstown, and Marie (Ramon) Hernandez of Salem, her siblings, Nancy Bennett of N. Canton, Dick (Lou Ellen) Benner of Montana and Linda (Horace) Hall of Alliance. Services will be held on Thursday, 11 AM at the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, Salem. The Pastor Larry Paxson of the church will be officiating. The burial will follow in Bunker Hill Cemetery. A time of visitation will be observed from 6-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
