Mark Michael Doremus 66, of Cleveland Heights, passed away at 1:38 AM on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Hospice House in Poland, Ohio.

He was born June 4, 1959, in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of the late Thomas and Patricia (Spehar) Doremus.

Mark was a 1977 graduate of Kenston High School in Chagrin Falls. He worked as a sorter at a U.S. Post office. Mark was fortunate to be a guest host on WCSB 89.3 radio station. Over many years Mark accumulated a massive collection of CDs of varying artists. As a huge Sci-Fi fan he made sure to attend the yearly 30+ hour marathon of back to back science fiction movies, trailers, and surprises, hosted by the CWRU (Case Western Reserve University) Film Society in Cleveland. He loved cats and zombies and enjoyed going on Zombie Walks.

Mark is survived by his sister Renee (William) Priester of Hubbard.
