Mary Jane (Britt) Baugh 74, of Salem, died at 12:24 AM Saturday at Auburn Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Damascus. She was born on February 13, 1940 in Belle Vernon, Pa., the daughter of the late John L. and Dorothy V. (McFall) Britt. She has resided in Indianapolis, Ind., Texas, Hanoverton, and Salem. She was last employed at the Timberlanes Restaurant as a waitress. She was Baptist by faith, and the most favorite things she enjoyed was spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 54 years, L. Wayne who has stayed at her side. They were united in marriage on November 19, 1960, her loving daughters, Kimberly Render and Kelly (James) Phillis, her cherished grandchildren, Kirstie (Ben) Williamson, T.J. Rosenberg, Olivia Render, Jimmy Phillis and Ryan Phillis, great grandchildren, Annika and Lucas Williamson, a sister Doris Parsley in Texas. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings Betty Berry, Virginia Elsey and John Britt. The Baugh family is honoring the wishes of Mary, there will be no services or viewing. The burial will be near Baugh Station, Ky. The family would like to extend thanks to the employees, staff and management of Auburn for the love and care extended to Mary and the family.
