Mickey Green 79 (fka McDevitt), of Salem, died at 4:47 AM Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at Salem Regional Medical Center following a short illness. She was born on April 15, 1937 in East Palestine, Ohio, the daughter of the late Ted and Esther (West) Green. Mickey was a graduate of East Palestine High School, and a member of the Salem Church of Christ. She was last employed as a Estee Lauder Consultant at Dillards in Mesa, Arizona. Mickey was a very gentle, loving and caring person. She was one to put others first over herself, and thought nothing of it. As a good Christian lady, she made sure all things were fair and equal in the family. She loved to shop, dance, do her exercising, and quiet times to read. Mickey was one to always look her best, and made sure she presented herself perfect. She is survived by her children, Amy Michelle (Richard) Woodford of N. Jackson and Lisa Eloise (Mark) Newell of Salem, her grandchildren who thought of her as the best Grandma around, Sarah Woodford and Ryan Newell. She was preceded in death by a sister Dorothy Upole. Services will be held on Friday, 11 AM, May 13, 2016 at Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, Salem. The Dr. Eric Matthews will be officiating with the burial to follow at Highland Memorial Park in Beloit, Ohio. There will be no calling hours held
