Norman Bert Kelley SR 83, of Salem, died at 5:06 AM on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at Aultman Woodlawn Compassionate Care Center in Canton, Ohio.
He was born August 17, 1941, in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, the son of the late Roy E. and Doris B. (Everett) Kelley.
