Patricia A. (Hazelwood) Card 71, of Butler Twp, Salem, died at 5 AM, Thursday, November 28, 2024, at her home.

She was born on March 2, 1953 in Salem, the daughter of the late Edward Joseph and Emma Lucinda (Barnhouse) Hazelwood.

She was a Patient Care Aide at several places in the area, the last being Auburn Nursing and Rehab in Damascus. She was big into crafting, making jewelry and Paracord crafts. A great one to hunt up yard sales for great bargains. She was also into coonhound dog shows. Patricia enjoyed the outdoors and spending time gardening.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond E. Card, her children; Marsha Slagle of Washingtonville, James "Jay" (Marjorie) Adams of Negley, and step children; Wendy (Jon) Mercer of Texas, Jennifer (Jamie) Hurt of Arizona and Matthew (Lyndsi) Card of Tenn., lots of grandchildren and great grandchildren, siblings; Donna Renee (Michael) McMillan of East Palestine and Carol Ann (John) Basinger of Leetonia.

In addition to her father who passed away in 2018, mother in 2024, was her son William Salmons in 2018.

There will be no services held at this time.
