Patrick James Post Sr. 55 of Negley, passed away at his home early Saturday morning, June 3. He was born on November 3, 1961, in Ashtabula, OH, the son of James and Dorlene (Fisher) Post. Patrick was a 1981 graduate of Badger High School. He went to the New Castle School of Trades for Electrical Engineering and graduated with a 4.0 grade average. He was a member of the Carpenter's Union #285 ( formerly #639) of Akron, OH. In addition his parents of Farmdale, he is survived by his wife, the former Barbara Thompson, his children, Patrick Post Jr of Greene, OH, Rachel Post of East Palestine, OH, Jonathan Post of Negley, OH, his grandchildren, Timothy, Jonathan, Jamie, Jacob, Jayden, Annebelle, his siblings, Connie (Jeff) Tucker of Braceville, Tammy (Bob) Evans of Lisbon, Elisabeth (Scott) Jewett of Farmdale, and Joseph (Amanda) Post of Farmdale. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10:30 AM on Sunday, June 11 at the Greene Church of the Nazarene, (corner of SR 46 and SR 87) 8916 SR 46, N Bloomfield, OH, 44450. Rev. James Elkins will be officiating. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, June 10 from 5-7 pm at the church. There will be a dinner in the fellowship hall after the service.
