Paul W. McCoy 93 of Salem, died at 8:10 AM Sunday at Salem Regional Medical Center following a short illness. He was born in Pennsylvania, attended the Salem Emmanuel Lutheran Church and had been employed at the Former A&P Meat Packing Plant as a supervisor for many years. A veteran of the US Army, served in WW2 and was awarded 2 Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star. He enjoyed his old cars and attended many auto shows to buy and sell parts in Ohio and Pennsylvania. He is survived by his wife, Ruth O. (Wolfe) McCoy, children, Donald P. (Brenda) McCoy of Stow, and Nancy J. (David) Woodson of Houston, Tx., and two grandchildren. There will be no public calling hours or Services held. The family will be having a private service and gathering.
