Philip R. Murphy, 51 of New Waterford, Formerly of White Township, Died December 10, 2012 at his home. He was born on August 12, 1961 in Beaver Falls, Pa., son of the late Kurtz and Betty (Shoe) Murphy. He was a graduate of Beaver Falls High School and employed at Armstrong World Industries in Beaver Falls for 29 years. He is survived by his son, Brett Murphy of Chippewa, Pa., a sister Doris (Rick) Thayer of Chippewa, Pa.
