Phillip Eugene Bixler, 80, of Green Township, Salem, Ohio, passed away at 3:23 AM Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at Hampton Woods Nursing Center in Poland, Ohio.
He was born March 20, 1943, in Salem, Ohio, son of the late Phillip Ray and Pauline Edna (Everson) Bixler.
Arrangements were made by the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services of Salem.
