Rebecca Seaton 54, of Salem, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016, at Salem Regional Medical Center at 12:47 pm. She was born on April 20, 1962, in Girard OH, the daughter of the late Charles Robert and Willa Mae Seaton. She was a life-time resident of Ohio.
