Richard Fernandez 62, of St. Clair Twp., East Liverpool, died at his home late Sunday night, February 23, 2020.

He was born on June 9, 1957 in New York, NY., the son of Emilo and Diana (Galante) Fernandez.

He formerly was employed by American Airlines (fka US Airways) as an aircraft mechanic and inspector. He served in the US Air Force and was catholic by faith.

He is survived by his children: Diana Fernandez of Monaca, PA and Daniel Fernandez of Cranberry, PA and three grandchildren.

Services will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2020, 1:30 PM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. (1158 Morgan Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017) The US Air Force will offer military honors at the services.
