Richard Todd Foster 66, of Salem, died at his home on October 27.nHe was born on May 20, 1951 in Salem, son of the late Gerald Boals and Jean Eileen (Todd) Foster. Richard was a quiet person who kept to himself. He loved playing the guitar and gaming on the computer. When he was younger, he and his brother built many models together. He is survived by his sons, Michael Todd (Margaret) Foster of Lisbon and Matthew James Foster of East Palestine, five grand children and two great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother John. There was a private gathering for the immediate family on Friday evening at the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, Salem. The burial will be in Lisbon Cemetery.
