Richard Surmaceviz 65, of Salem, passed away on Sunday, August 12, at his home. He was born on June 17, 1953, in Salem, OH, the son of the late Frank Bernard Surmaceviz and Shirley Ann (Miller) Surmaceviz Steves. He was formerly employ at Salem Community Hospital, Warren Molded Plastics, and GM Lordstown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his step-father, William Steves. He is survived by his brother, Daniel D ( Judy) Surmaceviz of Salem. There will be no services held at this time.
